Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the website are usually processed within 7 working days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and delivery date.  If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure every order is inspected before they are shipped to you. In the event your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within three days and we will try our best to resolve any issues.  As we do not accept returns, we do offer a three day exchange policy if you aren't satisfied with your order.
